Returns and Refunds

Effective October 20, 2026

Everything in the Marine Shop is purchased in our eBay store, so each eBay listing shows its return terms before you buy. eBay’s Money Back Guarantee also protects your purchase. Refunds are issued through eBay to your original payment method.

Seal kits and parts

30-day returns. Return shipping is at your cost and comes out of any refund due. Start a return in your eBay account, or call Karl and we will help.

Not sure a part fits? Call or text Karl at 865-604-3282 before you order. Checking first is the fastest way to get the right part.

Rebuild service orders

• Before we start work: you can cancel for a full refund, including if you have not shipped your unit yet.
• After the rebuild is finished: the work is covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty instead of a return.
• If your unit cannot be rebuilt: we ship your unit back and refund the rebuild price. Return shipping is at your cost and comes out of the refund.

Remanufactured actuators

Remanufactured actuators are not returnable. Each one is covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty. See the Rebuilds, Remanufactured Actuators, and Warranty policy.

Gala tenders

Tenders are not sold through the website. Prices shown are the 2027 Gala MSRP. Karl confirms availability and gives you a final written quote. Deposits, delivery, cancellations, and the manufacturer’s warranty are covered in the written paperwork Karl provides when you order.
